This product is a premium omega-3 lipid material made from DHA algae oil produced through the fermentation of microalgae, combined with a purification process using an all-enzymatic method and molecular distillation technology to achieve high purity. The fatty acid structure is in the natural triglyceride (TG) form, and the DHA content reaches up to 85%, resulting in a highly concentrated DHA oil. The manufacturing process employs a gentle purification process utilizing enzymatic reactions, efficiently concentrating DHA components without the use of organic solvents. Additionally, low-temperature molecular distillation removes unwanted lipids and impurities, resulting in high-purity and high-quality DHA oil. Moreover, this product has a high proportion of DHA bound at the Sn-2 position, making it noteworthy as a high-value lipid material from the perspective of lipid structure. DHA derived from microalgae, unlike fish oil, does not go through the marine food chain, thus presenting a lower risk of heavy metal contamination and superior stability in quality control.
